• Account & Profile Information: Full name, phone number, organization code (org_code), and security PIN for account authentication.
• Milk Collection & Transaction Data: Daily milk collection records, FAT/SNF measurements, shift indicators (Morning/Evening), quantity in liters, rate per liter, and total billing amounts.
• Device & Diagnostic Data: App version, operating system details, device model, and crash logs collected for diagnostic and performance optimization purposes.

We use the collected information exclusively for providing and enhancing core application functionality:

• Authenticating user sessions securely via OAuth2/Keycloak.
• Processing daily milk collections, FAT/SNF rate calculations, and generating customer billing statements.
• Enabling dispute management allowing farmers to review and raise concerns on milk deliveries.
• Providing offline synchronization capabilities using local SQLite/Room database and WorkManager.

We implement strict enterprise-grade security measures to safeguard your information:

• Multi-Tenant Data Isolation: Every record is logically isolated by organization code (org_code) at the database layer. No organization can view or access data belonging to another dairy.
• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the mobile application and server backend is encrypted using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
• Secure Storage: Credentials and sensitive device tokens are stored using Android Jetpack DataStore and EncryptedSharedPreferences.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal, operational, or financial data with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. Information is only accessed by authorized software services essential for app operation.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal records stored in our systems.

To submit an account or data deletion request, please email our support team at support@jariyasandeep.in with your registered phone number and dairy organization code. Requests are processed within 7 business days.

Satvik Dairy is designed for dairy managers, staff, and registered agricultural producers. The app is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
